Terms and Conditions
Full payment in cash is due before items are taken into place of residence, place of business or unloaded.
Customer agrees that items will not be returned unless full payment is received.
Angry or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in items not being returned.
Customer agrees that items being moved are the property of UP Movers and its affiliated drivers or movers until full payment is received.
Customer agrees to pay storage fees for items in storage. Cost of storage is calculated at $25 per day.
Per hour rate is calculated when movers begin travelling to the pickup location and ends when movers arrive back. Hourly minimum includes 1 hour traveling time.
Cheques and credit cards are not accepted as forms of payment.
Prices do not apply to downtown condominiums or apartment buildings.
UP movers reserve the right to change the price of move upon arrival if customer has misstated / omitted details of the move.
Cash deposit of $200 is required for all boxes, blankets, and equipment if being used by customer. Deposit will be return to customer upon return of boxes, blankets and equipment.

Pick Up and Delivery
UP Movers does not transport any time of the following items, dogs, cats, snakes, fish, birds, hazardous materials, propane tanks, gas containers, flammable liquids, gas cylinders
UP Movers may cancel move at any time.
Deliveries can be re-scheduled to another day without notice.
UP Movers has the right to refuse to move any item.
UP Movers at its discretion may refuse to moving items into a basement or above the first floor.
UP movers will not move any single item without the use of a 2 wheel dolly weighing over 100 lbs with the exception of sofa and appliances.
Customers are not permitted to ride in the truck.
All accessories are to be placed in a plastic bag, any item left at pickup location after movers have left will not be picked up. It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure these missed items are sent.
All furniture to be disassembled before movers arrive. These items include but not limited to bed frames, futons, desks, shelves and tables
All obstructions that impede the movement of workers and items need to be removed before movers arrive. Such as doors, plant pots, handle rallings, sofa legs, furniture accessories, handles, hallway items.
If free parking is not available, the customer will pay for street parking or private lot.
Customer understands that during delivery and pickup the truck may need to partially block public road.
Customer is responsible for any parking tickets received by UP Movers.
Each item wrapped in plastic wrap protection at the request of the customer is $5 charge.
UP movers is not responsible for any damages to item, business or residential property.
